In our stress management group we identify stressors in our lives and then learn how to practice meditation to help reduce anxiety. We use the apps Breathe and Insight Timer, which are both free. Breathe is a great app for kids as it includes a feelings check, then a guided meditation based on the check; the meditations are short and can be worked into anytime of the day. Insight Timer has thousands of longer free guided meditations.
